RHU - FULL-RANGE SUPPLIER
The KERO-RHU framework is the purchasing solution for all Bosta users.
We manufacture and supply all system-relevant components that are compatible with the “Bosta” of the manufacturer Hünnebeck. The building authority approval of the Institute for Building Technology for the “mixed” use of the components was granted in March 2013 and has been constantly expanded with new product developments since then.
Z-8.1-940 KERO RHU 070 regulates the “mixed” installability of the KERO components mentioned therein with “Hünnebeck Bosta 70” (Approval No. Z-8.1-54.2).
SCAFFOLDING FLOORS
KERO K7 Scaffolding floors
Furthermore, we manufacture systems for some users in smaller quantities, which are designed according to the customer’s needs.
RPL
The constellation of the hollow box construction with the aluminium-zinc coating results in an extremely robust, torsion-resistant and lightweight covering.
For example, if you compare the weight saving of 300 KERO K7 decks 2.50 m/ 0.32 m with 300 wooden decks 2.50 m / 0.32 m – plettac system – the result is a weight reduction of 1,050 kg.
This means a saving of more than one tonne, which serves ergonomics, reduced workload, lower transport volume and increased assembly performance.
As a result, the competitiveness of the scaffolding contractors increases, as the reduced assembly and dismantling times result in labour cost savings.
RK
Compared to the latest lightweight steel floor products, the weight advantage is still up to 2.5 kg, and this for identical load classes.
The special feature compared to hot-dip galvanised steel decks is the alu-zinc coating of the KERO scaffold floor K7.
Alu-zinc is a refined shaped steel with a metal coating.
The coating is composed of approx. 55% aluminium, approx. 43.3% zinc and 1.6% silicon. The aluminium ensures that the steel has particularly good protection against corrosion.
An aluminium-zinc coating has a better durability than pure zinc and therefore corrodes much more slowly. In addition, there is a much higher chemical resistance and a temperature resistance of up to 315°C. The surface is twice as hard and therefore more resistant to wear than galvanic or hot-dip galvanising.
RRU
The weight advantage compared to a conventional, hot-dip galvanised steel floor is up to 5.10 kg, (RUX system, length 3.00 m).
The weather resistance, the special corrosion protection and the resulting high life expectancy of KERO floors result in an enormous value stability, which guarantees a high resale value even after many years.
All in all, the new KERO scaffold floor K7 combines the positive properties of previously known scaffold floorings in one and is also the first-rate solution from an economic point of view.
RHU
The K7 scaffold base (patent pending) is based on the well-known hollow box principle that has proven its worth in system scaffolds for over 20 years.
The KERO K7 scaffold base has a high-strength steel core and is aluminium-zinc coated.
An aluminium-zinc coating has a better durability than pure zinc and therefore corrodes much more slowly. In addition, it has a much higher chemical resistance and a temperature resistance of up to 315°C. The surface is twice as hard as pure zinc. The surface is twice as hard and therefore more resistant to wear than galvanic or conventional hot-dip galvanising.
The floor can be kept clean easily with a standard high-pressure cleaner, and experience has shown that plaster or mortar adheres less to the aluminium-zinc coating than to conventional simple sheet steel coatings.

KERO STORAGE TECHNOLOGY
CANTILEVER RACKS
KERO Cantilever rack KR5
The flexible connection between the cantilever arm and the upright profile ensures that the cantilever arms can deflect upwards and to the side during forklift operation, thus preventing damage to the stored goods or the cantilever rack.
The KERO cantilever racking KR5 offers space-saving and economical storage space utilisation in single or double versions in standard heights up to 6.0 m with a length of up to 200 m.
The KERO cantilever rack KR5 can be used both in halls and outdoors on any level and firm surface.
Outdoors, low-cost and easy-to-install protective roofs can be attached by using roof arms.
If the individual uprights are also used as supports, hall constructions with monopitch, gable or hip roofs can be erected quickly and economically. Few individual parts guarantee a quick and easy assembly of the KERO cantilever racking systems.
The arms, which can take a load of up to 2000 kg on one side, can be suspended from the upright profiles at any height without affecting the statics. The double-sided construction carries loads of up to 16 t per side.
The KERO cantilever rack KR5 is statically calculated and adapted individually for the respective application in all feasible heights, arm lengths, load types and roof constructions.
- made of robust IPE profiles
- Arms hung
- forged suspension claws
- Can be hooked in even at low lifting angles
- without tools in a grid of 100 mm
- The flexible connection between the cantilever arm and the upright profile ensures that the cantilever arms can be moved upwards and to the side during forklift operation
- Other versions with clamped and screwed cantilevers possible
PALLET RACKS
KERO pallet racking system PR6
The KERO PR6 pallet racking system delivers sensational static values as a simple frame-beam construction. The beams can be quickly and effortlessly hooked into and re-hooked from the frames.
The simple friction-locked connection between frame and beam creates the optimum storage option for palletised goods at any height. The standard, very high-quality galvanisation guarantees an extremely long service life in addition to the stable frame-beam connection.
As with the KERO cantilever racks, roof and hall constructions can be implemented easily and economically. The individual frames serve as load-bearing supports and can be loaded with up to 18 t.
Problem-free and safe rehanging of the beams
enables fast and economical storage of palletted goods in all dimensions.
ACCESSORIES
Well thought-out and detailed solutions proven in use for your requirements.
Drum, tyre and cable drum racks can be individually assembled from the wide range of accessories. Gratings, chipboard and load distributors can be used to support stored goods. Hot-dip galvanised, low-cost and easy-to-install protective roofs can be mounted outdoors by using roof brackets.
